The young person I have looked after transitioned from foster care to adult services supported living. This was done at a pace to suit the needs of xxxx always giving informed choice and flexibility. The service received by CCL enabled xxxx to feel secure, confident and happy when xxxx moving in day came. A huge achievement as xxxx can oftern struggle with change. A big thank you to the team.
I would be extremely grateful if you could pass on my thanks to your carers who are doing an astounding job helping XXXX settle in to Cefn Court. The transition has gone so much more smoothly than I ever expected and I think XXXX looks much healthier than he has done of late. I know it’s still early days, but I feel very positive about his prospects.
Thanks for all your help also, it’s made a very difficult and emotive period much more manageable.
